Unbelievably soft and comfortable. I have three pairs now--both colors. If you want instant, total, out-of-the-box comfort, buy your regular size. They stretch out and get HUGE, though, so for the longer term, get a full size smaller than you usually take. I wear my bigger boots to bed (really) and pretty much whenever I don't need to walk a lot. These are fabulous without socks. I'm happily addicted. Uggs aren't nearly as soft and yummy, imo.
