I just wanted to let you know how your shoes have seriously changed my life.
I have had serious heel and knee problems. My heels spurs were debilitating.
I had two surgeries with minor improvement. The pain in my knees was so bad that my doctor told me I needed to stop running. Over the past five years, I've had 36 weeks of physical therapy on my knees.
Then my friend told me about your shoes last year. My heel pain is almost 100% gone. My knee pain is absolutely non-existent. I've also been able to run again. I can't tell you how happy I feel to have my life back. I've had my shoes for about a year now and they are still very sturdy and my foot feels so secure in them. I can't imagine going back to any other shoe. I'm also glad to see all the great designs that are coming.
Please keep up the good work and I will continue to recommend your fantastic shoes!

I am a 64 year-old male who was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes ten weeks ago. My doctor agreed to allow me to try to control it with diet and exercise before putting me on medication. The problem is that I have back and knee problems that have made even walking very painful. About the time I was diagnosed a local retailer advertised the MBT shoes. After walking around the store several times I decided to give them a try. I am now walking two miles daily without any serious pain, which is a minor miracle for me. At a follow-up appointment with my doctor yesterday I found that all of the diabetes indicators had fallen back well into the "normal" range. And I have lost 18 pounds. So thank you, MBT! You have helped me to begin some life-changing transformations in my lifestyle. As a priest I attribute the success to answered prayer! You were part of that answer.
I have since purchased a second pair of MBT shoes--business casuals--that I can wear while carrying out my priestly duties. If I would have any request of you, it would be to create a dressier sandal, in black, that I could wear during the summer months. (If I had any criticism, it would be that I probably couldn't afford a third pair of MBTs, even if available. But the investment I have made in these shoes has been a life-saver.) God bless!
