The Stapled Clog Collection by Dansko proudly carries the Seal of Acceptance from the American Podiatric Medical Association. The Stapled clog outsoles are designed to be suitable in everyday work where there are excesses of vegetable oils and animal fats. Slip resistance tests have been conducted by STARA, the world's leading research and technology organization for the shoe industry.
The Stapled Clog outsoles were tested for slip resistance against the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) F1677-96 standard using the Mark II machine. The shoes were tested on dry, wet, oily, and oily-wet surface conditions using red quarry tile.

Finally!!!!!dansko made a wide width. I work in a hospital and i wear dansko's...I was having to wear a size larger just to get the width, not anymore. I wore my new wide width pair today for 8 1/2 hours and I love them. I recieved alot of compliments. They did not hurt my feet at all and they did not feel "new" in any way.. I give them 5 stars and recommend Dansko to everyone. I bought the Hickory and plan to purchase the black ones next. Thank You Dansko, and I hope to see more choices in wide!!!!!!

Thank you Dansko for this style in wide width. I have been wearing the Dansko Jocelyn as that style is made with wide feet in mind as well, but have been admiring my co-workers Professional clog. I recently ordered these in the Hickory and have received many compliments. Of course, the fit is different than my other styled shoe, but it was easy to break in as well. I, too, am glad I did not have to buy the next size up just to accommodate my wide feet. True to fit. Looking forward to expanded color line.
