Please be sure your returns are in good order to receive your refund: All returns should arrive in the original shoe box with all original accompanying shoe wraps and packaging. The shoes must not show signs of wear, and be in new condition without scratches or otherwise defaced. Any documents included with your shoes should be enclosed in your return package Choose your refund option If you wish us to credit your credit/debit card, we will credit you the cost of the shoes. If you wish to get a “shoe-store.net” credit, we will apply the entire cost of your shoes as a credit for future orders with no re-stocking fee. How is my information stored and is it secure?
Shoe-Store.net uses a secure server (SSL) to encrypt all of your personal information and credit card data while in transit. The 128 bit ssl that we use is considered an industry standard and a strong security measure to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of your information. Most other online companies take the same proper steps when transmitting card data between themselves, their clients, their banks, and their respective merchant processing vendors. Where many companies fail today, (Even the big ones that we sometimes hear of) is in presuming that while the data is simply in storage on their servers that it is safe and sound. This is simply not true. Credit card information is rarely stolen while being transmitted. Credit card data is almost always stolen from stored places. Shoe-store. net has undertaken a lengthy bit of work to learn about this. Realizing this vulnerability is existent with any computer connected to the internet, no matter how impenetrable we believe our servers to be, once your data isreceived via our ssl encryption all credit card details are again encrypted and remain that way while stored on our server. This means that if our computer networks were compromised that a potential attacker would not have access to your card details. Thieves look for easy opportunities to strike. That opportunity simply does not exist here. Please take our promise on that.

Shipping is free to the continental U.S as well as Hawaii and Alaska for all orders and is free to Canada and Puerto Rico for orders over $200.00. For orders not meeting these thresholds, shipping to Canada is a flat $15.00. We offer an expedited service within the continental U.S. on most brands for $12.95 and an overnight service for $24.95. Hawaii and Alaska are extra. Shipping internationally other than the U.S, U.S territories or Canada is a flat $28.00 for a single pair..

That depends. If your item(s) are in stock then your order would typically ship the same day ordered, if it is in before 3:00 P.M. EST. We ship from Western NY. Thus, the upper East coast would usually receive their orders in one to two business days via ground shipping. Shipping to Western states would take three to five business days via ground. If it's a special order item then it depends on the manufacturer's warehousing and shipping ability. It generally takes 24 hours, but sometimes as long as 72 hours to ship directly from the manufacturer. Feel free to email us for a stock position and an estimated shipping time. We generally respond to email within 5-30 minutes during normal business hours.
What if the shoes I want to return are not in perfect condition?
We are sorry that we cannot accept shoes that have been worn or spoiled by scratches or other defacements unless they are defective in some fashion. If you believe your shoes to be defective, please contact us at our toll free number to tell us about the problem. We will work out a solution with you. Shoe-store.net credit is valid for 2 full years after the date of issue. We will keep your credit on file. When you find a shoe you want, use our toll free number or email to place your order and we will apply your credit to the purchase. If you have a remaining balance after your order, we will keep that for you for future purchases. Once again, that remaining balance credit will be valid for two years from the date it was originally issued.
What kind of credit cards or payment methods do you accept?We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal, money orders, bank drafts, and personal checks. If you receive an error message after submitting your credit card information, please double check to make sure that you entered all information correctly. No slashes in the date field please. If you are still experiencing problems, please call your card issuing bank for details or call us directly and we may be able to help. We only accept credit cards that have verifiable U.S. and Canadian Billing addresses. Remember, when you shop at Shoe-Store.net, your credit card information is safe and secure.
Do you accept PayPal?Yes. However, before accepting your PayPal payment we need to verify the item is in stock and then we will send you a PayPal invoice via email. Submit your order as you normally would, supply an email address, (the one you intend on using with PayPal). You'll be assigned an order number for your shoes. We'll take care of the rest.
Do you ship internationally?Shoe-store.net ships around the world. However, we accept credit cards based only in the U.S or it's territories, and Canada. If you live outside of the United States, you can still order most of our products online or by calling our store or sending us an e-mail. We are able to accept Paypal and you may be able to use your credit card this way. We can also accept international checks, money orders, and Western union wires. We are always happy to work with customers around the world. We ship products internationally using the United States postal system and these shipments typically go airmail so they would usually arrive anywhere in the world within 5-14 working days, from there it is up to your local customs officials and your postal delivery system to deliver your package in a timely manner. International shipping rates are as follows. $28.00 for a single pair and $5.00 per additional pair per order.

Do you ship orders to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses?A resounding yes! We do ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. We ship these parcels via priority mail through the US Postal Service to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. There is no additional cost. The typical free shipping rules still apply.

Is my N.Y purchase exempt from sales tax in my county / jurasdiction?Possibly so. The following counties / areas in N.Y are exempt from all sales tax for shoe related purchases under $110.The counties of Broome, Chataugua, Chenango, Columbia, Delaware, Dutchess, Greene, Hamilton, Madison, Schuyler, Tioga, Wayne, and NYC are all considered exempt. However, to apply this exemption you must phone, email, or fax in your orders. Our normal ordering system cannot discriminate by county / jurisdiction.
How can I earn a discount on future purchases?Here's what we're hoping is a fantastic idea we've come up with to offer our customers discounts on future purchases. Post a link on your website / blog / homepage and write a short sentence or two about our store either recommending us based on your past experience or just by posting something like 'Hey, I found some great shoes at www.shoe-store.net the other day' and then inserting a link. Try to be original and have fun with it. Then, email Korey with the URL of the page where you posted the link. He will then personally assess the quality of the link, such as the website it is on whether shoe related and a few other criteria which values the link. He will then email you a discount code good for as long as the link remains active and good for as many purchases as you like, anyone can use the code, you can even share it with your friends and family.
